We aim for a single neat chase and a clean patch. On plasterboard walls we can often surface-fit through the cavity with minimal damage. On solid walls a small chase is unavoidable.
Anything mainstream, white moulded, screwless flat-plate, brushed steel, chrome, brushed brass, matt black. We can also fit USB-A + USB-C combinations on most ranges.
Like-for-like socket swaps and additions on an existing circuit are non-notifiable. Adding a new circuit (e.g. for a garden office) is notifiable and we self-certify under Part P.
