Official Electrical Installation Condition Reports for landlords, homeowners and sales, issued within 24 hours.
EICR Electrical Safety Inspection
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is an official inspection of your property's wiring and electrics. It's a legal requirement for landlords every 5 years, and strongly recommended when buying or selling a home.
We carry out thorough inspections and issue your report within 24 hours. If remedial work is needed, we'll quote fairly on the spot.

EICR Inspection: Common Questions
We'll quote for the remedial work needed to clear the C1 and C2 codes. Once complete we re-test and issue a satisfactory report along with a Minor Works Certificate for the repairs.
Up to 5 years for rental properties, or earlier if specified on the report. For owner-occupied homes the recommended interval is 10 years.
Inspections are non-destructive, we remove socket and switch faceplates and the consumer unit cover only. There's no chasing of walls or lifting of floorboards.
